Cenipid FlowMetric community spaces prioritize care for people doing difficult coordination work. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not. Share operational stories with enough context that others can learn without exposing individuals.

Do not post credentials, private URLs, or exports that include personal identifiers. When in doubt, redact and describe patterns instead of attaching raw files.

Moderators may pause threads, edit titles for clarity, or move posts to better-fitting channels. Appeals happen via the contact form with subject “Conduct appeal”.
