1. Third parties

We engage subprocessors for hosting, authentication, email delivery, and support tooling. A current list is available upon request to the contact email below. Subprocessors are bound by data processing terms consistent with this policy.

When you enable connectors, your organization directs data flows to approved vendors. We do not sell personal data. Marketing communications, if any, are separate from product telemetry and require explicit opt-in where required.

If we receive lawful requests from public authorities, we review them carefully and disclose only what law mandates, notifying you when legally permitted.

2. Contact

The data controller for personal data processed through this site and related services is Cenipid FlowMetric, reachable at [email protected] and at the postal address published on the Contact page.

Data subjects may contact us to exercise rights described below. We may request reasonable verification before fulfilling requests to protect account security.

If you believe processing violates applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt resolution.

3. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability where technically feasible.

You may withdraw consent for optional cookies and marketing without affecting core service operation where contracts permit. Workplace analytics governed by your employer may be subject to internal policies we do not control.

We respond within reasonable timelines mandated by law, typically within thirty days unless complexity requires an extension with notice.

4. Scope

This policy covers personal data collected through cenipid.digital, demo environments, support channels, and the FlowMetric product surfaces operated by us on your behalf as a processor when configured accordingly.

It does not cover third-party sites linked from our pages. Their policies govern separately.

For enterprise customers, the data processing agreement accompanying your order may define additional roles, subprocessors, and transfer mechanisms.

5. Use of data

We use account and invoicing records to deliver services, authenticate users, provide support, and improve reliability. Aggregated diagnostics help us detect outages and prioritize roadmap investments.

We do not use workspace productivity signals to profile individuals for unrelated advertising. Product analytics are scoped to operational improvement and contractual reporting.

Training of generalized models, if introduced in the future, would be governed by an addendum describing opt-out paths and data minimization practices.

6. Data collected

We collect identifiers (name, email, company), technical logs (IP address, device type, timestamps), usage events necessary to operate dashboards, and content you submit through forms or support tickets.

Connector-derived events reflect configuration choices your administrators make. Fields may include calendar metadata, ticket state transitions, or initiative tags, but exclude message bodies where connectors are configured responsibly.

Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. You may manage non-essential categories through the banner preferences link.

7. Retention

We retain personal data as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

Workspace analytics retention follows settings your administrators configure, subject to minimum periods needed for security logs. Backup systems may defer deletion briefly for technical reasons.

Archived snapshots stored in Keystone tiers follow lifecycle policies documented in your workspace settings and may persist longer when preservation holds apply.
